At VortexHaus, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent delivery worldwide.

Every Turbo Jet  unit is a custom, precision-crafted product, made daily for maximum quality, and shipped with care.


Delivery Timeframes

Our delivery process is divided into two phases:

1. Processing Time: 1–5 business days

This includes order confirmation, printing, precision inspection, assembly, and packaging.

2. Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

The time required for your order to travel from our facility to your destination.

Estimated delivery times for major regions

USA: 5–10 business days
Canada / Australia / UK / EU: 6–12 business days

Holiday / Peak Season Disclaimer

During high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year:

• deliveries may take 10–15 business days
• some orders may be fulfilled from our international facility due to temporary USA warehouse shortages
• tracking updates may take longer than usual as carriers handle peak loads

This is normal during Q4 carrier overload and does not affect your order’s safety.


Tracking Information

When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive tracking details after your order has completed processing (typically within 1–5 business days).

Why isn’t my tracking number updating yet?

Tracking numbers may take up to 5 business days to activate, especially during peak carrier volume.
Your order is already in transit even if the tracking page has not yet refreshed.


Import Fees and Duties

You will not be charged any additional import duties or tariffs.
VortexHaus covers all international handling requirements.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we immediately begin processing, assembly, and printing.
For this reason:

Orders cannot be modified or canceled after submission.


Shipping Insurance (Optional)

Shipping insurance protects your package during transit in case of loss, theft, or damage.

Please note:
Shipping insurance is non-refundable once purchased.

How to file a claim

Contact us within:
7 days of receiving damaged goods
14 days if your package is lost in transit

Include proof of value and any relevant photos.

Insurance does not cover:
• delivery delays
• indirect or consequential losses
• pre-existing product damage unrelated to shipping
