BATTERY COMPATIBILITY & USER RESPONSIBILITY
VortexHaus products are sold without batteries or chargers.
Our products are designed for compatibility with select 18–21V lithium battery platforms, depending on the version purchased.
IMPORTANT:
- VortexHaus does not manufacture, supply, certify, or warrant any batteries or chargers.
- Users are solely responsible for selecting, maintaining, and safely operating any battery used with the product.
- Battery quality, condition, age, storage, and prior usage may significantly affect performance and safety.
USER ASSUMES ALL RISK RELATED TO BATTERY USE
VortexHaus expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for:
- battery failure
- overheating
- electrical malfunction
- fire, smoke, or thermal events
- property damage or injury resulting from battery use
Always use batteries in accordance with the original battery manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidelines.

VortexHaus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with DeWalt®, Makita®, Milwaukee®, or any other third-party trademark owners.

PROHIBITED USES
This product must NOT be used for:
- Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials
- Confined or poorly ventilated indoor spaces
- Medical, safety-critical, or life-support applications

- Any application beyond intended airflow purposes
Use outside of these guidelines constitutes misuse.
MODIFICATION & TAMPERING RESTRICTIONS
To ensure safe operation:
- Do not modify the product
- Do not disassemble the unit
- Do not use non-approved or altered accessories
- Do not attempt repairs yourself
Any modification or tampering immediately voids all warranties and transfers all associated risk to the user.
OVERHEATING, MALFUNCTION & EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN
If the device:
- becomes excessively hot
- emits unusual odors
- produces smoke
- operates irregularly
- stops functioning unexpectedly
Immediately discontinue use.
Remove the battery, place the unit in a safe, non-flammable area, and allow it to cool completely before handling.
Do not resume use until the cause has been identified and resolved.
NOISE & HEARING SAFETY
This device produces high noise levels during operation.
- Hearing protection is strongly recommended
- Prolonged exposure may cause hearing damage
User assumes all risk associated with noise exposure.
