1. 90‑Day “One‑Pull” Test Drive (Returns)
Every VortexHaus blower comes with our 90‑Day One‑Pull Test Drive.
Use it for up to 90 days on your cars, driveway, gutters, patio, workshop – however you actually live.
If it doesn’t become one of your favorite tools in that time, you can send it back for a full refund of the product price.
How it works
- Valid for 90 days from the delivery date on your first order of that unit
- Normal wear is expected – you don’t have to keep it “like new”
- Contact us at info@vortexhaus.com with your order number and we’ll walk you through the return
- Shipping terms:
- If the product is defective or DOA, we cover return shipping
- If you simply changed your mind, we may ask you to cover return shipping
This guarantee is about letting you actually use the tool, not just look at it in the box.
2. Standard Limited Warranty (included)
On top of the 90‑Day Test Drive, every blower comes with a standard limited warranty that covers defects and failures under normal use.
Coverage periods (by bundle)
This warranty starts from the original purchase date.
What’s covered
Under normal household / workshop use:
- Internal failures of the blower:
- Motor
- Electronics / PCB
- Trigger mechanism
- Fan / impeller
- Housing cracking that affects function
- Defects in materials or workmanship that show up during the warranty period
What’s not covered
- Loss or theft
- Intentional abuse or destruction
- Damage from using non‑compatible, modified, or damaged batteries
- Commercial rental or industrial use outside normal household / workshop environments
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function (scratches, scuffs, fading)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
How to file a standard warranty claim
- Email info@vortexhaus.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A short photo or video if possible
- Our team will review and let you know if it’s covered under the standard warranty.
- If approved, we will repair or replace the unit at our discretion. In most cases, we replace the blower.
3. VortexHaus Limited Lifetime Warranty (optional add‑on)
Some customers want even more peace of mind. That’s what VortexHaus Limited Lifetime Warranty is for – it’s an optional paid add‑on you can purchase with your order.
What it gives you
- One free replacement blower per covered unit if it ever fails or breaks under normal household / workshop use, for as long as you own it (up to 10 years from purchase)
This sits on top of the standard limited warranty. Think of it as a longer, wider safety net.

- Covers internal failures and accidental damage under normal use
- One replacement per covered blower
- Valid for as long as you own it, up to 10 years
- Must be purchased at the same time as your blower order
4. Which coverage applies when?
To make it simple:

First 90 days:
- 90‑Day One‑Pull Test Drive applies (full refund option)
- Standard Warranty and Limited Lifetime Warranty also apply

After 90 days, within 1–2 years (depending on bundle):
- Standard Limited Warranty applies for defects/failures
- If you bought the Limited Lifetime Warranty, you can choose to use that instead (one full replacement)

After the standard warranty period ends, up to 10 years:
- Only Limited Lifetime Warranty applies, if you bought it
- If you didn’t buy it, we’ll still support you as best we can, but it’s outside formal warranty
